2257 Notice

CERTIFICATE OF VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE WITH 18 USC SECTION 2257:

This service is an interactive computer service, as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230(f), as well as an Internet access service, as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 231(e), that is statutorily exempt from produces liability and inspection under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2).

While or service does not meet the statutory definition of a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we nonetheless support and engage in voluntary implementation of Section 2257 and 28 CFR Part 75. We believe unequivocally in preventing minors from appearing in or having access to materials depicting or containing any adult-themed content, whether or not such content is sexually explicit. As a precautionary measure, we therefore apply our own rigorous age verification requirements, satisfying and exceeding the mandates of Section 2257, to all individuals appearing on the services as a universal condition of their use of the service, regardless of whether those individuals create and appear in depictions of sexually explicit conduct. All age documentation submitted by persons seeking approval to appear as chathosts on the service is reviewed by qualified staff specially trained in fraudulent document assessment and age verification techniques by current and former personnel of the U.S. Department of Justice and/or U.S. State Department.

Our service neutrally carries content encompassing a wide range of subject matter that is independently produced, created, and transmitted privately by and between registered adult users of the service. Individuals appearing on the service themselves create and produce all of their own images, videos, live-feeds and other content. This service neither creates, digitizes, inserts, assembles nor otherwise manages images or videos appearing on the service. It merely provides transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of user communications, without selection or alteration of the content of those communications other than actions voluntary taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the services or any user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Our services does not specifically encourage, hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any performers in sexually explicit conduct on its service.
